Media Wall Installation – Currie
We recently completed this bespoke media wall installation in Currie, creating a stylish focal point that combines modern design with practical functionality.
Custom-Built Framework
The media wall was constructed using high-quality CLS timber and fully plasterboarded to create a smooth, seamless finish ready for decoration.
Integrated TV & Power Solutions
To ensure a clean, cable-free look, we supplied and installed two double USB sockets discreetly positioned behind the TV, along with a heavy-duty pull-out TV bracket for flexible viewing angles and easy access.
Panoramic Electric Fire
We supplied and fitted a stunning three-sided panoramic electric fire featuring colour-changing flame effects and remote control operation. The contemporary glass design allows the fire to be viewed from multiple angles, creating a striking centrepiece within the room.
Feature Lighting
Warm white LED strip lighting was installed on either side of the fire, adding ambient mood lighting and enhancing the overall modern aesthetic.
Acoustic & Audio Finishing Touches
Acoustic panelling was fitted on both sides of the fire to introduce texture and improve sound quality within the space. The customer’s own soundbar was seamlessly integrated into the design for a clean and cohesive finish.
Media Wall Installation – Musselburgh
This bespoke media wall project in Musselburgh was designed to deliver a bold, modern statement while keeping the overall finish clean, practical and highly functional.
Contemporary Design & Materials
The feature wall combines walnut acoustic panelling with a concrete grey backboard and coordinating TV unit, creating a sharp contrast between warm natural tones and sleek modern finishes. The textured panels add depth and character, while the concrete-effect backdrop gives the installation a refined, architectural feel.
Smart Power Integration
A tidy, cable-free look was a key priority for this project. We installed two double sockets with integrated USB ports neatly positioned behind the TV, along with an additional two double USB sockets within the media wall unit itself. This ensures plenty of charging capacity for devices without visible wiring disrupting the finish.
Electric Fire Centrepiece
At the heart of the installation sits a contemporary electric fire, complete with remote control operation and adjustable colour-changing flame effects. Whether set to a subtle warm glow or a more vibrant display, the fire adds both comfort and visual impact to the space.
Layered Lighting Features
To elevate the overall ambience, colour-changing LED lighting was fitted behind the TV, allowing the homeowner to tailor the atmosphere to suit the occasion. Two crisp white up-and-down lights were installed either side of the TV, adding symmetry and soft vertical illumination to frame the feature wall beautifully.
